RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Solaris Shades, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges easy.

Return & Exchange Period:

• Our policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.

• To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content intact.

Processing Time:

• All return and exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days.

Delivery Charges:

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for delivery charges for exchanges.

• In cases of damaged or defective products, Solaris Shades will cover all delivery costs for the return or exchange.

Refunds:

• Once approved, refunds will be processed promptly.
